Divine but DONE!
If you’re soft, strategic, self-aware (and slightly unhinged), welcome home.
Divine But Done is the podcast for your healing and growth era (with a little chaos on the side.)
Hosted by Ashley Fry and Mano Tsiris, it's where spiritual self-awareness meets emotionally expensive life lessons, and shadow work is done in silk robes… or sweatpants, depending on the day.
This is for the ones in their 20s (and beyond) who are:
🌀 outgrowing versions of themselves they once begged to become
💔 healing heartbreak (and resisting the urge to text back)
🌙 protecting their peace like it pays rent
⚡️ breaking generational patterns between meetings
👁 choosing clarity over curated performance
We talk about the stuff no one prepped you for like what happens after the glow-up, when you’re no longer performing, but still figuring it out.
We go deep, but never dull. Think voice notes, not TED Talks.
Come for the unfiltered convos. Stay for the emotional plot twists.
Because being “divine” doesn’t mean being soft-spoken and we’re so done with shrinking.
✨ Real talk. Big feels. Zero fluff.
New episodes drop every week!

How to Create Your Vision Board and Mind Map for a Successful 2024
Today, Ashley and Mano are excited to introduce you to a revolutionary approach to creating vision boards. Say goodbye to the traditional method of printing, cutting, and pasting. Instead, we'll guide you through designing a digital vision board using Canva, a user-friendly tool that allows for effortless customization and creativity.
Here's our step-by-step strategy for crafting an impactful vision board:
- Start with Canva: Open Canva and create a custom-sized document to begin your vision board journey.
- Design Your Layout: Incorporate a grid into your document. This will serve as the foundation for organizing your vision board.
- Select Meaningful Images: Populate each grid section with photos that resonate with your goals and aspirations. These images should be a visual representation of what you're aiming to achieve.
- Incorporate Affirmations: Alongside each image, include a positive affirmation. This practice helps in reinforcing your goals and maintaining a positive mindset.
- Print and Display: Once your digital vision board is complete, print it as a poster. Choose a spot where you'll see it daily, such as next to your bed or in your living room, to keep your goals in sight and mind.
- Update Regularly: As you accomplish your goals or as your aspirations evolve, feel free to update your board. You can mark achieved goals, or add new images and affirmations to reflect your current aspirations.
- Embrace Gratitude and Love: Remember, the journey towards achieving your vision should be filled with gratitude and love.
- Share Your Journey: Inspire others by sharing your vision board on Instagram with the hashtag #embodyvision2024. We're eager to see your unique creations and celebrate your journey towards manifestation.
- Need Assistance?: If you have any questions or need help, don't hesitate to send us a direct message.
